Our Story From Farm to Cup

As Rahel Minda grew older, her ambitions did too. She knew the value of Ethiopian coffee, its complex flavors and rich history. But She also saw the challenges faced by small farmers: volatile prices, lack of market access, and unfair trade practices.
Determined to make a difference, Rahel Minda enrolled in business school. She learned about marketing, logistics, and international trade. But her education wasn't confined to classrooms. She spent her weekends in local cooperatives, listening to farmers' stories, understanding their struggles and aspirations.
Rahel Minda founded her own coffee and other Agricultural products exporting company. She named it Jenfel Trading Private Limited Company. Her mission was simple: to connect Ethiopian coffee farmers directly with international buyers, ensuring fair prices and sustainable livelihoods. Rahel Minda's journey wasn't without challenges. The path of a woman in a male-dominated industry was paved with doubts and underestimations. But with each obstacle overcome, her resolve only strengthened. She learned to navigate the complexities of export regulations, forge partnerships with international roasters, and most importantly, never compromise on the quality that was her birthright.
The story of Rahel Minda is not just about coffee; it's about the indomitable spirit of a woman who dared to dream beyond the borders of her village.
